Delivery & Returns
All orders are sent through Royal Mail, Yodel or Collect+. All orders will be despatched either the same day or day after the payment is received. Orders sent through Royal Mail should arrive with you 1-3 days after the date of despatch.
Please allow up to 7 days from the date of despatch for your order to arrive due to unforeseen delays that may take place in the delivery chain. If you have not received your order within 7 days of despatch, then please check with your local sorting office to make sure it is not being held there. If you still haven’t received your order at this point, please fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page to get in touch and we will respond within 48 hours. Please note, any contact regarding a missing package must be made within 28 days of the despatch date.
UK Orders - This includes ALL of the UK - we do not exclude non-mainland.
Standard Delivery for "Orders Under £10"
This applies to all orders placed under £10. The order will be sent using Royal Mail. The main reason for this cheaper option is to make it affordable for people who are only purchasing one small item.
This applies to all other orders (i.e. over the value of £10). The order will be sent using Royal Mail.
Next Day Guaranteed Delivery
Need some products guaranteed to be delivered the next day? This option is for you. Please note that this includes working days only. If you order on a Friday, please don't expect your package until Monday if you use this delivery option.
We deliver to all of Europe and it will take up to 10 days for your package to arrive.
We deliver to the Rest of the World and it will take up to 21 days for your package to arrive.
It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason this is not the case, you may return the goods* for an exchange or refund within 21 days of the date of despatch.
You must contact us and fill in a returns form before sending back any goods. Please allow up to 14 days from initial contact for the return to be fully processed.
All return postage costs are the customer’s liability and you must ensure you receive a certificate of posting from your carrier of choice in case of need for claim since we are not responsible for the returned items reaching us (we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service). If the goods you are returning are faulty or the goods you have received are incorrect then please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the case and may reimburse the return postage costs.
*Goods returned must be in fully resalable condition and must show no signs of wear or damage with all original packaging and labels present.
